Heat's Losing Streak is OVER

The Miami Heat have beat the Washington Wizards 99-90. The Heat proved their dominance from the start, jumping out to a 23-13 lead in the first quarter. However, the Wizards clawed their way back into the game, and tied the game going into the 4th quarter. In the end, the great play of Chris Bosh and Dwyane led the way in securing the win.

Lebron played well and scored 23 points off of a 67% shooting night from the field. Lebron brought along 8 assists and 7 rebounds, and put up his usual numbers. Lebron came out of his personal slump tonight, but led Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh take over in the 4th quarter.

Bosh and Wade were unaffected during the 3 game losing streak, and played great tonight. Wade took over in the 4th quarter, and scored a total of 22 points and 6 assists. Bosh put in 22 points and shot a great 71% from the floor.

The Heat's great three point shooters played great tonight (Unlike the slump) and shot 47% from three, and made 10 three's. Battier came out of his own slump and made 2 three's, Lebron made 3, Bosh made 2, and Ray Allen made 3.

Finally, the Heat's defensive slump is over as the Wizards shot 40% from the floor and only scored 90 points. Mario Chalmers and Norris Cole shook off their previous poor defense in the slump, and held John Wall to 7 points and 25% shooting from the floor.

Chalmers and Cole played great on defense, but their offense was still very shaky. They shot a combined 0-11 from the field and had 0 points. However, the Big Three made up for the poor performance on offense and scored a combined 67 points. Still, the recent poor play of Chalmers and Cole needs to be addressed and fixed. The Heat need their two guards.

Although Chalmers and Cole are still in a slump, the Heat still found a way to win and end the teams losing streak.
